Hospital records show that a hospital in Kirkland, Washington, tried last year to involuntarily commit a man accused of shooting and killing five people at a suburban Seattle shopping mall September 23, according to a report from WHOU-TV.

According to the report, doctors at Fairfax Hospital, a mental health institution, told a judge they were gravely concerned about accused shooter Arcan Cetin. Apparently, a doctor checked a box indicating he was worried Cetin would harm himself, but left unchecked a separate box indicating he might harm others.

Also according to the TV station's report, Cetin was diagnosed with autism, depression, and ADHD. He was receiving medicine like Prozac for his illnesses in the months before the shooting, which occurred in the Cascade Mall in the town of Burlington.

Cetin confessed to the shooting deaths at the mall, and is charged with five counts of premeditated first-degree murder.
