Shriners hospital in Washington put on lockdown after bomb threat note found

A Shriners Hospital in Spokane, Washington was put on lockdown due to a bomb threat February 24, according to a report from KHQ-TV.
According to the report, a note was found outside the hospital on a van just before 11 a.m. Police searched the van but reportedly found nothing.
The TV station reported that roads in the area were blocked off while police searched the building. The hospital was not evacuated.
