As seen in past residency coordinator salary surveys, where one is located is a factor in wages earned and the 2016 survey results are no different. • Pacific (Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington): $54,800
• Northeast (New England, New York, New Jersey): $54,400
• Mid-Atlantic (Pennsylvania; Delaware; Maryland; Virginia; Washington, D.C.; West Virginia; and North Carolina): $49,800
• Central (Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Kentucky): $49,700
• Midwest (Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Minnesota): $48,500
• West (Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming): $48,200
