The 2015 Residency Coordinator Salary Survey revealed some fairly drastic changes in the education level of respondents from last year. The number of respondents reporting high school diplomas as their highest level of education dropped ten points to 27% from the 2014 survey.

Meanwhile, respondents reporting associate’s degrees as their highest level of education rose six points to 25%. The percentage of respondents with master’s degrees, also saw a gain of five points this year to 14%. Respondents with doctorates stayed steady at 1%.
