Four slide presentations on the topics related to the Next Accreditation System are available at the ACGME website.
The senior vice presidents for accreditation at the ACGME recently posted the presentations to provide the GME community with faculty development resources, according to the ACGME’s website. Each presentation is about 20 minutes long.
Presentation topics include:
• The Next Accreditation System
• Clinical Competency Committees
• Milestones
• Updates on ACGME policy and requirement changes
The ACGME plans to post additional presentations on the Clinical Learning Environment Review (CLER) program, the Program Evaluation Committee/Annual Program Evaluation, the Self Study process, and the Self Study site visit.
