A committee of program directors, administrators, and residents will have the responsibility of assessing your program. The committee will:

  • Survey residents and faculty about the program
  • Interview the program director, faculty, and residents about the program
  • Examine the program’s policies, curriculum, and evaluations
  • Write a summary report covering the strengths and weaknesses of the program

Today's question and answer come from The Graduate Medical Education Committee Handbook by Vicki Hamm and contributing author, Christine Redovan, MBA.
