Workers are the backbone of your medical clinic. Whether they are the physicians taking care of patients, the lab techs bent over a microscope analyzing a blood sample, or the front desk triage nurses welcoming the day’s workload, every person who works within the walls of a healthcare clinic is responsible for the safety and smooth running of the operation.

That said, having the wrong people working for you can affect your clinic’s operations and lead to OSHA safety violations if you aren’t careful to weed them out.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we thought it would be appropriate to celebrate the types of employees you should be thankful for having in the office, while at the same time giving you an idea of the types you should be looking out for.
