CMS releases new face-to-face template drafts

Last Friday, CMS released the first draft of a paper version of a clinical template intended to help home health providers grappling with the new face-to-face documentation requirements ushered in by the PPS final rule for 2015. The agency released draft version 4.1 of its electronic counterpart two days earlier.
