Supreme Court rules that non-union home health aides don't need to pay union fees

The Supreme Court recently ruled that home health aides who are not union members should not be subjected to union fees—a decision that could affect homecare providers in the 21 states that mandate government employees pay “fair share” fees to finance union activities even if they aren't part of a union.
