It’s tradition. Day 1 of the annual conference is ACDIS pride day, where attendees are encouraged to get all decked out in purple and orange (and this year, teal, too). Day 2, however, is reserved for state-focused fun. For example, folks from Ohio are encouraged to support OSU Buckeyes, and those from Massachusetts are encouraged to don their Red Sox baseball caps, Patriot’s jerseys or Celtics foam fingers. There will also be a number of networking opportunities during lunch on Day 2, and some chapter leaders will host after-hours events for folks attending the conference to get to know one another. Check out the ACDIS Local Chapter map for additional information.
