Steward Health Care in Westwood, Massachusetts seeks a CDI program director, who will be responsible for managing 20 CDI specialists across seven facilities. He or she will be based in Westwood, and expected to travel to various sites to meet with CDI teams on a regular basis. The director will be responsible for monitoring performance for CDI specialists, conducting annual performance reviews and audits, overseeing creation and delivery of educational programs, and meeting and collaborating with other departments. Minimum of 5–10 years professional experience, with at least 3- 5 years clinical experience, and experience managing, developing, and leading teams required.
