Membership Update: Join the ACDIS Advisory Board

ACDIS is currently seeking four new members to join the advisory board in 2016. Board members are important volunteers who help shape the direction of the association and provide leadership and expertise for the membership.

The term of service is three years. The application deadline is Thursday, November 12, 2015. A nominating committee will review the applications, interview candidates, and submit selections to the ACDIS membership for voting in January 2016.

The roles and expectations of ACDIS advisory board members is further described on the advisory board page, along with a description of the election process. Responsibilities include participation in ACDIS quarterly conference calls, serving as a resource for articles and interviews, and participating in the process of formal and informal commentary to CMS, AHIMA, and other agencies as required.
