You know that old saying—there’s no ‘I’ in team? Well, there is an “I” in ACDIS. Whether the “I” in your CDI program stands for clinical documentation “improvement” or “integrity” there is no ACDIS without you! We need your help to offer the community insight into clinical documentation improvement trends, analysis, and information.
For example, did you know that the 2015 ACDIS Salary Survey is open? Last year, more than 800 people participated. Your input helped to demonstrate payment shifts by educational level, certification, and experience with only 30% of respondents earning less than $60,000 annually. (Read the full 2014 survey results here.)
In addition, founding ACDIS Advisory Board member Gloryanne Bryant seeks information about CDI programmatic shifts as she develops materials for a forthcoming presentation. The questions will help ACDIS gain insight on the number of programs offering remote/work-from-home options, percentages of nurses, coders, physicians performing the role of concurrent reviewers, program focus, and staffing productivity expectations.
