CDI Week 2015 is just under two weeks away—September 14-18.  It’s your week of national recognition—an opportunity for you to celebrate your team’s accomplishments and spread the word about the importance of CDI throughout your facility. This year’s theme is “Branching Out Into Healthcare.”

Under the CDI Week tab on the ACDIS website, we’ve posted the 2015 CDI Week Fact Sheet, which includes some fun facts about ACDIS, CDI, and our annual week of recognition. We’ve also updated

our CDI Week Tool Kit, where you’ll find details on our  theme, CDI Week and ACDIS-branded items, CDI Week logos, posters, and PowerPoint tools. You can also download our CDI Week poster and sign up for our free CDI Week webinar regarding CDI involvement with pediatrics (registration info coming soon).

Don’t forget to take a look at the CDI Week’s Activities page, where you’ll find a list of suggestions from the ACDIS staff on how to celebrate. Every facility must decide for itself what activities it can deliver. Make sure to follow ACDIS staff on Facebook and Twitter, and use our CDI Week hashtag, #CDIWeek2015.
