ACDIS membership comes with a lot of benefits. Of course, it provides a one-stop-shop for tips, tools, and information on the CDI profession, and numerous networking opportunities. But we’ve been getting a lot of questions about a few of our lesser-known member benefits. We want to help you take full advantage of your membership, so we’ve compiled this handy list with everything members are entitled to.
A one-year ACDIS membership enables you to:
- Access our Forms & Tools library of sample queries, policies, job descriptions, physician education materials, tip sheets, and other helpful information
- Review the complete archive of ACDIS conference presentations—that’s eight years of collective knowledge at your fingertips.
- Stay informed with expert insight in the bi-monthly electronic CDI Journal, which features in-depth stories and case studies on building successful CDI programs and get the latest industry news, tips, and regulatory updates in our email newsletter, CDI Strategies.
- Join the CDI conversation with our association talk group. Network with your CDI peers and swap solutions, on CDI Talk, which is also archived and searchable so you can easily find that particularly helpful discussion string. We also offer the Pediatric CDI Talk, too.
- Discuss industry trends with your peers and ACDIS leadership during our quarterly conference calls. Each call offers CCDS continuing education credit and all calls are archived for ongoing education needs.
- Access to the ACDIS job board where you can post up to two job openings per year. You must log in to access the form. Additional job postings may be made available for a fee. Please note: Non-ACDIS members can post openings for a fee of $350 per job description by contacting ACDIS member relations at customerservice@hcpro.com, or by phone at 800-650-6787.
Don’t forget, members also get special discounts on the ACDIS conference, CDI Boot Camps, and other CDI products.
If you’re not a member, explore the ACDIS website, take a video tour of our offerings here, and join us today. We’re 4,500 strong and growing!
