Organizations must continue to educate and train staff throughout the transition to ICD-10 to ensure all stakeholders understand the code set, as well as the regulations and market transformations taking place in the midst of this healthcare evolution.
This knowledge transfer will need to take place on a continual basis to ensure that all stakeholders understand enough about the environment to creatively identify and develop ideas around compliance and strategic opportunities.
