WellStar Health System in Atlanta, Georgia seeks a fulltime CDI manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting the CDI team, including education in all clinical documentation processes and best practices, and building relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have 10-plus years’ experience in acute care, experience in both CDI and management, a BSN and/or RN, the CCDS certification, and experience preparing and maintaining records and written reports. Coding skills or experience and strong medical surgical background preferred.
