What the heck is a “tweet”? Turns out it’s a pretty useful way to get some interesting CDI tips and updates from the ACDIS team. You can catch up on our most recent tweets via the feeds on the ACDIS Blog or you can follow us on Twitter at the following:
ACDIS Director Brian Murphy shares interesting CDI news, personal insights, and Association updates via his Twitter feed @ACDISDirector.
ACDIS Associate Director Melissa Varnavas shares the daily ACDIS Blog headlines, chapter news and events, as well as interesting news tips and headlines @mvarnavas.
ACDIS Membership Services Coordinator Penny Richards offers both fun and important updates associated with the Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) credential as well as other valuable association news @CCDScoordinator.
Finally, ACDIS Editor Katy Rushlau rounds out our Twitter services managing our @ACDIS feed with upcoming events, webinars, Boot Camps, conference and local meetings, as well as tips and related news articles @AcdisEditor.
Our Facebook and LinkedIn pages also provide an invaluable venue for you to participate in the CDI conversation. If you’ve found a particularly helpful article you can share it with our more than 3,000 LinkedIn professionals. If you participated in an informative local chapter meeting you can share what you learned with more than 900 other Facebook friends and perhaps start a deeper conversation on the topic.
Over the years our involvement (and comfort level) with social media has increased. We have come to value the relationships we’ve nurtured there and have appreciated being welcomed into your social media spheres. We have enjoyed getting to know you better and look forward to connecting with you more. Won’t you join us?
