Selecting the right tools, assembling the right team, and deploying a precise strategy can produce optimal outcomes for your CDI program. On Wednesday, April 30, at 1 p.m., Optum offers a free one-hour session “Automated CDI Technology: How one facility improved its outcomes and performance with natural language processing (NLP),” with Anne Robertucci, MS, RHIA, director of coding operations and project director of ICD-10 for University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), and Scott Porter, vice president of provider delivery operations for Optum360.
