Virginia
Meets Saturday, April 5, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Chippenham Hospital, in Roanoke to discuss ICD-10 preparation, tips, tests, flash cards and much more. Election of new officers/facilitators follows the discussion. For information, email Angelisa.Romanello@hcahealthcare.com or call 804-228-6527.
New York
The New York City Five Boroughs chapter meets on Wednesday, April 9, 6-8 p.m., at NYU Langone Medical Center. The agenda includes an overview of CDI at NYU, raffle, and presentation on "ICD-10 and Dual Coding: Devices, Disparate Opinions and DRG Impact," by Valerie Fernandez, MBA, CPC, CPC-H, CPMA.
