The ACDIS Conference Committee is accepting applications for the Poster Session at the 7th Annual
Conference in Las Vegas (May 7-9, 2014). You are invited to submit an application for consideration. Here are the details:
- We will accept up to 40 posters for presentation.
- Your topic must be CDI-related and educational in nature. Share a process or challenge/problem and your solution. Explain and create a visual of your successes with others so they may benefit from your experiences. It may be helpful to plan to include a handout. There will be more information on this at a later time.
- You will be required to be on hand for an hour of dedicated presentation time during conference hours.
- As a poster presenter, you will be given $200 off the cost of your conference registration. Only one discount will be applied to any poster, regardless of the number of people who work on the presentation from your organization.
- Posters are limited in size to 36 inches by 48 inches. Any poster that exceeds that size will not be permitted.
- There will be no judging.
- Deadline to submit your application is February 7. The committee will make their decision by February 21 and everyone who submits an application will be advised of their status shortly thereafter.

prichards@hcpro.com. We look forward to reading your idea.
