The ACDIS quarterly conference call of Thursday, November 21, is now available for download. Members can visit the conference call page and click on the link to listen to the recording. Among other topics, the following items were discussed:
- ICD-10 dual coding—overview of one facility’s dual coding program rollout, findings, areas of documentation deficiency, and future plans
