The ACDIS quarterly conference call is scheduled for today, Thursday, February 16, from 1-2 p.m. ET. ACDIS members should have received dial-in instructions via e-mail. If you did not receive instructions, e-mail ACDIS Member Services Specialist Penny Richards at prichards@cdiassociation.com.
Recordings of all quarterly conference calls are posted as digital downloads on the ACDIS website.
The agenda includes:
- Introduction of new advisory board members; recap of vote
- Annual conference update
- Association updates
- CDI Professional of the Year: Nominations closed, awards at conference
- New local chapter map, chapters
- Glenn Krauss: NGS transmittal on “good practice” of documentation and physicians as partners. Note: Krauss will briefly reference a few recent transmittals issued by MACs; download them on our quarterly conference calls page.
- Pre-submitted questions from members and live Q&A
- Use of check boxes on query forms
- Queries post-discharge, pre final billing
