Northern Ohio
The next meeting of the Northern Ohio ACDIS Chapter takes place Thursday, Dec. 8, at Mercy Medical Center in Canton. Steven Robinson, MS, PA-O, RN, CPUR, senior director of CDI for Maxim Health Information Services will discuss the following CMS mandates and concurrent review opportunities:
  • CMS current and upcoming mandates
  • The importance of documentation in the medical record
  • The typical CDI program
  • MS-DRG IPPS (CC/MCC lists)
  • POA coding
  • RAC
  • JCAHO quality core measures
