The correct answer is D. The National Prohibition Act of 1919, commonly called the Volstead Act, was enabling legislation enacted to provide for implementation of the Eighteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which established national prohibition of alcoholic beverages.

The Homestead Act is one of three United States federal laws that gave an applicant freehold title to up to 160 acres of undeveloped federal land west of the Mississippi River. The Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act created the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), which provides low cost or free school lunch meals to qualified students through subsidies to schools. The Taft-Hartley Labor Act, officially known as the Labor-Management Relations Act, qualified or amended much of the National Labor Relations (Wagner) Act of 1935, the federal law regulating labor relations of enterprises engaged in interstate commerce. It also nullified parts of the Federal Anti-Injunction (Norris-LaGuardia) Act of 1932
