Pay-per-view: Evaluate charge setting for combination codes

Combination codes are becoming more common as the AMA continues to combine codes for procedures that are performed together a majority of the time.

For example, in 2010, coders would have reported one CPT® code for a CT of the abdomen and a second code for a CT of the pelvis. However, in 2011, coders report only one code when a provider performs a CT of the abdomen and the pelvis at the same time.
