A patient came to the ER complaining of pain in the bladder area after her child stepped on her Foley catheter and pulled the balloon out inflated through her urethra. She had some bleeding afterwards. The physician diagnosed the patient with trauma to the bladder urethra secondary to Foley catheter.

I coded this with ICD-9-CM codes 867.0, E928.8, and E849.0. Is this correct?
