CMS hosted its most recent hospital Open Door Forum call December 20, 2007, and it contained nothing out of the ordinary-until the Q&A portion of the call, that is.

When a caller raised a question about a recent FAQ that CMS posted on its Web site, several individuals, including two of HCPro's expert sources, inquired about CMS' guidance for reporting critical care codes on the facility side.
