Last Thursday, three judges for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia heard oral arguments in the Department of Labor’s (DOL) appeal challenging recent rulings that vacated its extension of overtime and minimum wage protections to excluded homecare workers under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
