Compliance with the Conditions of Participation (CoP) is required to meet Medicare and Medicaid hospital regulations. CMS makes updates to the CoPs on its website, but few have the time to sort through the plethora of information and identify where the updated information is located.
This is where HCPro comes in! We have taken the most recent version of CMS’ CoPs and the corresponding Interpretive Guidelines (IG) and reprinted them in an easy-to-use format to simplify your job.
Benefits of this book include:
• An easy-to-read hard copy reference of CoPs and IGs, which are difficult to find online and lengthy and tedious to print
• The most recent CoP IGs from CMS
• The most recent EMTALA IGs
• And the CMS survey protocol
