| Organizational tips for project directors |
| To craft compelling written documentation for the application for ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® (MRP) designation, project directors need to organize many different components into a cohesive whole. In the process, they must balance numerous activities and responsibilities, such as filling in the gaps identified by the initial gap analysis, creating and sticking to a budget for application costs, setting and maintaining a timeline, showcasing the organization's evidence, and preparing staff nurses for a site visit.
