| Transparency, job satisfaction among topics at Leape roundtables |
| The need for healthcare transparency and job satisfaction were among the topics discussed as part of the Lucian Leape Institute (LLI) at the National Patient Safety Foundation's (NPSF) Roundtable and Inaugural Gala in February.
A series of roundtables, led by a board of nationally known leaders in patient safety, were held to foster discussion about the five major themes to be included in the LLI's upcoming report, Transformational Concepts for Patient Safety. More than 300 attendees were given the chance to discuss issues and possible solutions and provide input and feedback for incorporation into the report. The sessions were led by the founding members of the LLI and centered on the following hot-button topics in the patient safety arena. |
