An audio or webcast on-demand allows you to listen/watch an audio conference or webcast and play it back at your convenience thorough your computer. This format gives you the opportunity to listen to an audio conference or webcast anytime and anywhere that a computer with internet connection is available.

What is an audio on-demand?
An audio on-demand is a recording of an audio conference in MP3 format. This format allows customers to listen to the recorded program via their computer speakers.

What is a webcast on-demand?
A webcast on-demand is a recording of a webcast. This type of media allows customers to access and watch the recorded program via their computer.

What do I need to access my on-demand program?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that will provide your user name, password and system requirements.

How do I access my on-demand program?
To access your on-demand program, simply click the 'Login' link located on the right hand side of the hcpro homepage (www.hcpro.com). Log in using your HCPro username and password.

After you are logged in, click "Manage Your Account" followed by "Download My Webcasts" or "Download My Audios." This loads a page that lists the webcasts or audio conferences you have purchased for which downloads are available. Click the title of the program that you wish to access. On this final page you will find links to listen/watch the audio conference and/or webcast and to download associated program documents. Webcasts require Windows Media Player 6.4 or later, or RealPlayer 8 or later.
