Login Troubleshooting

When troubleshooting issues with accessing premium content, there are two aspects.

1) Can you log in?

To be certain whether you are logged in or not, go to the HC Pro home page at http://www.hcpro.com.
When not logged in, the right column will look like this (click thumbnail to view full size screen capture).

If you have purchased IP-based authentication (meaning you should be logged in automatically based on your IP), and are not being logged in, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@hcpro.com or by calling (800) 650-6787. Let them know that you are not being logged in.
If you normally log in with a user name and password and it is not working, please use the link below the login fields "Forgot Password?"

2) Can you view the correct premium content?

If you have established that you are being logged in correctly, as per step 1, but are not able to see the premium content you have purchased, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@hcpro.com or by calling (800) 650-6787 Let them know that you are being logged in correctly, but are not able to access the premium content.
