Pharma executives banned from federal healthcare programs

An administrative law judge stripped three former Purdue Frederick executives of their participation privileges in all federal healthcare programs for the next 15 years. The decision affirms exclusions that the Office of Inspector General (OIG) previously imposed on the men, whose former company manufactures and distributes OxyContin.
