Regulations: HHS publishes ICD-10, HIPAA transactions proposed rules, and more
Medicare Insider, September 3, 2008
On August 22, HHS published the ICD-10 proposed rule in the Federal Register. As reported in the August 19 issue of Medicare Weekly Update, CMS had previously published a display copy of the proposed rule on its Web site.
