ACDIS is now pleased to offer CCDS credits for local chapter education sessions.
To acquire CCDS credit you must fill out the form at least one month in advance of your meeting and mail to HCPro, Inc., Attn: Penny Richards, 75 Sylvan Street, Danvers, MA 01923, or fax to 781/639-5542, or e-mail prichards@cdiassociation.com. Be sure to include a complete, timed agenda, learning objectives, and the speaker(s)’ bio.
