Brian serves as Chief Executive Officer for HCPro, Inc. Brian joined HCPro in January 2010, bringing more than twenty years of experience in the professional information, education, and publishing fields. Prior to joining HCPro, Brian was President of Mosby MCS, a business unit of Elsevier Health Sciences. Mosby MCS provides workflow solutions to help healthcare organizations improve outcomes in the areas of patient care and safety, regulatory compliance, and revenue cycle management. Prior to Elsevier, Brian held CEO and general management positions with Blossom Software, Base 10, Inc., and Pearson Education. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Harvard University.

Hank is Executive Vice President and General Manager of HCPro’s Information and Media divisions. Hank brings excellent strategic and operations skills as well as a track record of transforming media businesses. Most recently, Hank was Associate Group Publisher for Harvard Business Review Publishing, where he led a reinvigoration of Harvard Business Review brands across multiple platforms. Prior to HBR, Hank was General Manager of The National Journal Group at Atlantic Media Company, where he spearheaded a turnaround of the core business and delivered impressive revenue and profit growth. Hank is an alumnus of McKinsey & Company and he holds a BA degree from Dickinson College and an MBA from The Wharton School.


Tuck Crocker, EVP & General Manager, Professional Services

Tuck oversees HCPro’s Professional Services operations including its consulting arm, The Greeley Company. Tuck brings more than 30 years of service to the healthcare industry, including 24 years in provider and payer consulting Prior to joining HCPro, Tuck held a Provider market leadership position with Ingenix Consulting. Prior to Ingenix, Tuck was responsible for the Commercial Provider consulting practice at BearingPoint, and earlier held a similar role at McKesson. Previously, Tuck was a Partner in the healthcare practices of Deloitte Consulting, and Ernst & Young. Tuck attended Hamilton College and holds a BS degree from Keene State College.


Monique Fayad, Senior Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development

Monique oversees corporate strategy development, business development, merger and acquisition activities, as well as strategic initiatives. Monique brings over 18 years experience in strategy, development, healthcare publishing, and electronic information product delivery. Previously, she spent ten years at Elsevier Health Sciences, working as Senior Vice President of Division Strategy and Electronic Development. At Elsevier, Monique led the planning, funding and implementation of three major online products including HealthConnect, Cardiosource and OncologySTAT. Prior to Elsevier, Monique served as a management consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Entertainment and Media strategic consulting practice. Monique holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.S. degree cum laude in Marketing from Chestnut Hill College.


Amy Murphy, Vice President of HR, Legal, and Administration

Senior Vice President of HR, Legal, and Administration

Amy is responsible for the Human Resources, Legal Affairs, and Administration and Facilities departments. She helps drive strategic and operational decisions and processes for the Company in all aspects of human capital and legal matters. She is accomplished in all aspects of HR, including recruiting and retention for all levels of the organization, employee and managerial development, benefit, and system and process enhancements. She has experience in trademark/copyright management, compliance, general corporate matters, and contract negotiations. Prior to coming to HCPro, Amy served as Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Fishery Products International, a manufacturing company, and as Director at Oxford Global Resources, a high tech international consulting company. Amy has a JD from Suffolk University Law school, where she graduated cum laude, and a BA in Psychology from Colby College. Amy lives in Gloucester, MA where she enjoys sports, cooking, and spending time at the ocean and with her teenage son.
