Executive Team

Rob Stuart
President and Chief Operating Officer
Rob is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s new product and new market development efforts as well as management of the Company’s Editorial, Product Operations, Marketing, Ad Sales, Production Operations, and Information Services departments. Rob joined HCPro in 1995. Prior to his current role, he headed up a number of the Company’s content and operations groups and also served as Vice President of Marketing. Before coming to HCPro, Rob was the managing editor of the medical books division of Little, Brown and Company and a member of Little, Brown's New Media Development Group. Rob was previously involved in online and CD-ROM product development for the publishing division of the New England Journal of Medicine. Rob graduated from Clarkson University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. He received his master’s degree in science journalism from Boston University. Rob is considered a national expert on electronic direct marketing and is a highly sought after speaker on the topic. Rob devotes most of his free time to coaching soccer and traveling to tournaments with his twin sons.

Steven W. Bryant
Managing Director, The Greeley Company
Steve has full profit and loss responsibility for The Greeley Company, including direct supervision of staff and development and execution of the service line’s marketing plan. Prior to his current position, he was Practice Director of The Greeley Company’s Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance practice line. Before joining HCPro, Steve served as the Vice President of Field Services at a healthcare consulting firm, specializing in Joint Commission environment of care and OSHA regulations. Steve has a degree in healthcare administration from Providence College. He is a member of the International Association for Healthcare Safety and Security and the National Fire Protection Association. Steve is a proud husband and father of two boys and enjoys excavation and construction in his spare time.

Kevin F. Collins
SVP, Treasurer, and CFO
Kevin is responsible for directing all of the Company's financial and legal aspects, including accounting and financial operations, treasury and financing activities, and managing the Company’s mergers and acquisition initiatives. Prior to joining HCPro, his most recent position was CFO with I-Many, Inc., a public company that provides comprehensive contract management software solutions and services to the healthcare, consumer products, and other markets. His previous experience included senior financial management positions in the software, investment banking, and telecommunications industries. He previously worked at the Boston office of Deloitte & Touche, LLP, with an industry specialization in high tech companies. Kevin graduated from Salem State College and is a CPA. He grew up in Ireland, enjoys playing soccer and also coaches his three children’s soccer teams.

Richard A. Sheff, MD
Chairman and Executive Director, The Greeley Company
Rick focuses his efforts on the external relations of The Greeley Company, as well as the content of the service line’s consulting services and branded seminars. He is also responsible for developing and administrating the service line’s strategic relationships, expanding its outside podium strategy, managing major client engagements, and serving as the service line’s chief industry spokesperson. Prior to his current role at HCPro, Rick served as Consulting Practice Director for Quality and Credentialing and managed The Greeley Company from 1999-2005, when he assumed his current responsibilities. Rick has extensive experience in healthcare administration and managed care. Before joining The Greeley Company, he served in a wide variety of executive positions at a hospital and independent physician practice organization, and as a founder of a healthcare company. Rick has been board-certified in both family medicine and medical management. He received his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and his MD at the University of Pennsylvania. He was also a recipient of the Keasbey Scholarship for the study of politics and philosophy at Oxford University. Rick is an avid skier and sailor.

Amy Johnson
Vice President of HR, Legal, and Administration
Amy is responsible for the Human Resources, Legal Affairs, and Administration and Facilities departments. She chairs HCPro’s weekly Executive Team meetings and helps drive strategic and operational decisions and processes for the Company in all aspects of human capital and legal matters. She is accomplished in all aspects of HR, including recruiting and retention for all levels of the organization, both domestically and internationally, employee and managerial development, benefit offerings and compliance, and system and process enhancements. She has experience in trademark/copyright management, employment compliance, general corporate matters, and contract negotiations. Prior to coming to HCPro, Amy served as Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Fishery Products International, a manufacturing company, and as Director at Oxford Global Resources, a high tech international consulting company. Amy has a JD from Suffolk University Law school, where she graduated cum laude. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Colby College. Amy lives in Gloucester, MA where she enjoys sports, cooking, and spending time at the ocean and with her teenage son.
