Inside Sales Representative

We are offering and exciting opportunity to learn and cultivate specific market areas within the healthcare industry, to be passionate about building and maintaining new and existing client relationships and the ability to satisfy your hunger for making sales and the added compensation that comes with it.

Key Responsibilities:
• Originates phone calls to both existing and prospective customers and provides information on our products (books, audios, etc) in a consultative way
• Manages multiple campaign lists and databases/programs
• Builds rapport and relationships with customers
• Maintains minimum outbound call requirement and sales goals as set by management

Qualifications:
• Minimum of AS or equivalent. BA/BS preferred
• Minimum of one to two years of strategic consultative inside sales experience making outbound calls and prospecting new customers
• Self-motivated, strong organizational skills and goal driven
• Working knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus
