It's been a sad week at Brockton (MA) Hospital, as two staff members died and three others were injured after a car crashed through the entrance of the radiology center and struck the victims on Monday.
The driver of the car was a 76-year-old patient who was coming to the hospital for a radiology consultation. The state's Registry of Motor Vehicles revoked her license after the crash, The Enterprise of Brockton reported.
The driver told The Enterprise she tried to brake and make a turn, but that the car kept going straight, driving down a narrow pathway into the entrance.
The hospital didn't sustain any major structural damage from the crash.
