NYC Deutsche Bank Fire: New Details

This story from the media site Gothamist features multi-faceted coverage of the fire on Saturday at NYC's Deutsche Bank. Two firefighters were killed. Among the many problems was a standpipe malfunction. NYC's WABC-TV reports that the subcontractor in charge of the demolition and maintenance of the standpipe had been cited by OSHA 20 times for serious violations.
