Occupational health nurse group renews OSHA alliance

The American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN) and OSHA have renewed the alliance that provides large and small businesses with information and guidance about workplace hazard preparedness and security issues.

During the fours years of cooperation, the AAOHN/OSHA alliance has provided 250,000 people with workplace safety information on workplace violence, musculoskeletal disorders, bloodborne pathogens, personal protective equipment, and the use of automated external defibrillators, according to the June 8 OSHA announcement.
