HCPro's first Hospital Safety Symposium will convene this morning in Las Vegas, with a highlight being a keynote address from Dean Samet, CHSP, director of regulatory compliance services at Smith Seckman Reid, based in Nashville.
Emergency management will be one of the focuses of the symposium, particularly in light of problems that hospitals have had meeting Joint Commission requirements in this regard and expected revisions to EC.4.10.
