OSHA revised the notice of employee rights poster that employers are required to display in every workplace.
The new design, which the agency released February 12, shows a number of employees in various work settings, including a healthcare worker. The poster explains how employees may confidentially file a complaint, report an emergency, or seek OSHA advice.
If you have the old "It's the Law" poster, don't worry; it's still valid, as OSHA does not require employers to replace it at this time.
