Action plan: Fighting wildfires

As wildfires spread especially fiercely through the country, so do firefighting preparations. Among the available sources is FEMA, which dedicates a part of its site to wildfire prevention and preparedness. Though the site is primarily for consumers, emergency managers may find that some of the forms-such as "Avoiding Wildfire Damage: A Checklist for Homeowners"-are useful in calming worried citizens.
