Authorities arrested a psychiatric patient after he allegedly set a room on fire in a hospital.
The suspect allegedly told investigators that he used a cigarette lighter to ignite a mattress and curtains at Sierra Vista Institute of Mental Diseases in San Bernardino, CA, on May 18, according to the San Bernardino County Sun.
Sprinklers contained the fire to one room, though people evacuated the building as a precaution.
