According to survey results from HCPro's online poll about healthcare electrical safety, 51% of respondents have experienced an electrical system failure at their facility within the past year.
Yet 92% of respondents also indicate that the reliability of their electrical systems is excellent or good.
Another finding shows that almost two out of every three hospitals employs someone full-time to handle electrical issues
