AAAASF launches for-profit subsidiary

The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) has launched a for-profit subsidiary called Surgery Facilities Resources (SFR) to supply accreditation assistance products to office-based surgery centers.
SFR has endorsed an online tool-SurgiMetrix(tm)Healthcare Compliance Systems-which is designed to assist ambulatory surgery facilities maintain compliance with a variety of regulatory bodies. The tool is still being developed and will be available in the fall.
