JCAHO video explains unannounced surveys

In order to better explain its decision to perform all regular accreditation surveys on an unannounced basis, the JCAHO offers a free video presentation on its Web site. In the video, JCAHO officials and healthcare leaders discuss reasons for the changes and describe the unannounced survey process.
