The JCAHO offers an online resource on patient safety goals

If you're interested in getting a head start on the 2006 National Patient Safety Goals, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) just posted a 24-page document to help you.
The posting lists ways the JCAHO expects accredited facilities to carry out the various provisions of the National Patient Safety Goals, as well as specific interpretations based on setting.
